Generally sports car are the killer of fuel and consume huge quantity of fuel. But this is not the case with Chevrolet Camaro.
Seating capacity is having 4 with 2 doors.

General Motors has been driving us crazy lately with the drop-top variant of the new Chevrolet Camaro as the Detroit automaker is constantly pushing back and forth the vehicle's market launch date. Nevertheless, the project seems to be well on track as these latest scoop photographs prove. The completely undisguised Camaro Convertible models that appear to be production-ready were bagged at GM Holden's e Fishermans Bend plant in Melbourne, Australia, by a Camaro5 forum member.According to a recent report from Autonews, General Motors is said to have pulled the introduction of the ragtop convertible back to the 2011 model year instead of 2012, but better hold your horses until we hear an official announcement from a GM spokesman.
Like the 2010 Camaro coupe that landed in dealerships this spring, the Camaro Convertible will be offered with a V6 and V8 engine options.

This has to be one of the coolest costumes we've ever seen and it definitely tops our "want it" list for this year's Halloween. The video, which appears to have been shot during some sort of promotional event at a Chevy dealership in Mexico, shows a man dressed up in a Bumblebee suit talking to a couple of potential buyers before transforming -literally- into a Camaro! But since seeing is believing, skip the jump to check out the video for yourselves.Via: Jalopnik
The demise of the Pontiac brand killed off any dreams that General Motors might create a Firebird model out of the new 2010 Chevy Camaro, but fans of the car may find some comfort in the Trans Am conversions that are being readied by the crew over at "Trans Am Depot". The company said that it will unveil a one-off Kevin Morgan "Trans Am" Concept at the 2009 Trans Am Nationals at the end of the month with the production version kits set to be available for order later this year. The Phoenix T/A project that is said to recall the '77 - '78 Trans Am will feature among other things, new front and rear fascias, unique alloy wheels, lowered suspension and turned aluminum inserts in the interior plus a series of performance upgrades.
Trans Am Depot said that the company will be offering everything from the body conversion only to the limited Phoenix Edition with details, pricing and delivery information to be released at a latter date.

You knew it was coming: an official version of the Chevrolet Cruze Bumblebee. Set to make its first public appearance in a few weeks time at Frankfurt show, the Transformers film-inspired Cruze Bumblebee was co-developed with German tuning firm Irmscher. Even though the original Camaro-based Bumblebee features a yellow-and-black stripes treatment, Chevy's designers opted for a black paint job with bright-orange racing stripes and detailing. F
urthermore, Irmchser's tuners lowered the compact sedan's ride height by 30mm and added an orange colored rear diffuser that houses a pair of new exhaust tips. The beefy 18-inch alloy wheels finished in orange and shod in 225mm wide sport tyres complete the looks.
And while Chevy has no intention of enhancing the Cruze's range with a Bumblebee edition, Irmscher said that it will offer the package to individual customers.
With GM's problems far from solved even after the company's exit from bankruptcy, the convertible version of the new Camaro is if not under question, definitely not a top priority at this moment. But for those Chevy fans that just can't wait, the chopsters of all four-wheel models at California's Newport Convertible Engineering (NCE) are readying a soft-top variant of the 2010 Camaro. As you can see in the photo gallery below, the Camaro Convertible project is still under development but the company said that it is already taking orders for the car. Those interested may contact NCE directly by calling 714-632-3287 or via e-mail at "nce @ pacbell . net" (without the spaces).
